Welcome to The Eustis, ME Brickyard Hollow Brewing Co. at Flagstaff Landing!
Brickyard Hollow is excited to bring our passion for traditional-style craft beer, gourmet pizza, and community involvement to our new location at Flagstaff Landing.
We were founded in Yarmouth, Maine in 2017, and have since expanded to multiple locations offering a range of services, including dine-in, patio dining, delivery, and more.
Please note Brickyard Hollow at Flagstaff Landing will be closed for Maine’s mud season April 16th – May 16th. It will re-open May 17th with their normal business hours.
At Brickyard Hollow, we believe in brewing classic, traditional-style craft beers that you can always rely on. While we occasionally release unique and surprising limited editions, our focus is on our core range of clean, crisp lagers, IPAs, stouts, and more. We use traditional brewing techniques to provide a dependable beer that will enhance any experience, from a night out to an adventurous Maine weekend.
We are proud to continue our tradition of hosting community events and fundraisers at our new location at Flagstaff Landing. Brickyard Hollow is the exclusive caterer for events at Flagstaff Landing. With a full on-site commercial kitchen, the Brickyard Hollow restaurant on site is the perfect choice for any events on-site. Renting out the dining room for a night is a great way to show appreciation to your employees while renting it out for a weekend can make for an incredible wedding celebration your friends and family will reminisce over for years to come.
